AQUEOUS
Bitter Root Pottery Aqueous is our newest waterfront studio, designed to make clay work welcoming, inspiring, and accessible to all, from first-time students to experienced ceramic artists. Located in beautiful Marina del Rey, we offer group wheel-throwing classes, private sessions, and large events, with the capacity to host over 50 guests for company gatherings, celebrations, and community experiences, and kids' birthdays.
In addition to pottery, we host a range of creative programming, including floral design classes, tea ceremony and tea bowl workshops, and seasonal kids camps. We also offer large classes for bachelorette parties, adult and children’s birthdays, and other celebrations, making our studio a versatile space for all ages and occasions.
Members can access the studio during open hours to explore their practice, connect with others, and share their work. Our evolving workshop calendar offers opportunities to deepen your skills and explore new mediums.
Our retail space The Retail Row warmly invites the public to explore a selection of handcrafted ceramics from Match Stoneware, accompanied by a thoughtfully curated range of gifts. Discover an array of fresh and dried flower arrangements, handmade wreaths, incense, crystals, and much more.
